1) Business Development Coordinator

We constantly require fluent English speaking professionals to work directly with our financial advisors and Wealth managers in various locations; currently this being within our best performing region – our Moscow offices located in the Heart of Moscow, only minutes from Red Square and the Kremlin in our Smolenskaya and Paveletskaya offices.

The role offers attractive commissions, quarterly bonus incentives and the opportunity to progress through an ongoing mentor scheme and CISI Financial Qualification, to eventually become a qualified International wealth manager or Financial advisor.

We are looking for individuals with enthusiasm, self- motivation, drive, a professional mannerism and appearance, ambition and determination.  Fluent English is essential and previous experience within a sales environment would be welcomed, but not necessary – whether this be telesales or face to face.

The role will consist of searching for perspective clients using our own database, Linkedin, company websites, social media, networking and general common sense- subsequently collating their data, contacting them via phone and arranging an opportunity for them to meet with one of our experienced financial advisors.  You will then assist in the ongoing business process and relationship.

2) Financial Advisor

We require three fluent English speaking professionals to work at either our Kazan, Moscow and Bangkok based office’s. The role offers the highest remuneration packages within the industry, quarterly bonus incentives, annual target based incentives and the opportunity to progress through a number of internationally recognised 'CISI' Financial Qualifications, if not already held.

We are looking for individuals with a strong proven sales ability and background, enthusiasm, self- motivation, drive, a professional mannerism and appearance, ambition and determination and the hunger to succeed within one of the most financially rewarding jobs within the financial sector.

Fluent English is essential and previous experience within a sales environment is essential.

The role will consist of initially briefly scheduling meetings with perspective clients - providing them with a unique opportunity to meet with you in person, which will then allow you to introduce us and yourself personally and then establishing their specific individual financial requirements and shortfalls - in order for us to provide them with a completely independent financial solution and strategy to for fill their needs.

We require a fluent English speaking professional to work at Tower of London in Geneva, within our prestigious offices. The role offers the highest remuneration packages within the industry, quarterly bonus incentives, annual target based incentives and the opportunity to progress through a number of further internationally recognised 'CISI' Financial Qualifications, which may not already be within your personal portfolio - such as: ACSI, CEFA, CAIA, MCSI, CIIA.

All individuals we are looking for must have a strong proven sales ability, a financial background, enthusiasm, self- motivation, drive, a professional mannerism and appearance, ambition and determination and the hunger to succeed within a hugely rewarding role.

Fluent English is essential and previous experience within Financial services is imperative.  A strong sales background would also be preferable.

The role will entail establishing high net worth clients’ specific individual financial requirements and shortfalls - ultimately providing them with a completely independent financial solution and strategy to for fill their unique needs of accumulating or preserving wealth.
