NHBC

NHBC is the UK’s leading independent standard-setting body and provider of warranty and insurance for new homes. Their purpose is to work with the house-building industry to raise the standards of new homes and to provide protection for homebuyers in the form of Buildmark warranty and insurance. Our company policy is that all of our homes adhere to NHBC standards, but as of January 2017, the 2017 NHBC Standards came into force as a mandatory requirement for every new home registered with NHBC where foundations are begun on or after 1 January 2017.
